1. No Refund Policy for Enrolled Live Courses

There is no refund for enrolled live courses once enrollment is confirmed and payment has been processed.

This policy applies to:

  • All live courses and bootcamps
  • Enrolled participants who have completed payment
  • Courses regardless of completion status
  • Participants who cannot attend scheduled sessions

2. Payment Confirmation

Your enrollment is considered confirmed once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed through our secure payment gateway or direct bank transfer or UPI
  • You receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details
  • Your seat has been reserved for the course

Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

3. Course Cancellation by Cyfotok Academy

In the rare event that Cyfotok Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances before the course start date, participants will be entitled to:

  • Full refund of the course fee within 7-10 business days
  • Option to transfer enrollment to a future course batch (subject to availability)
  • Credit toward any other course offered by Cyfotok Academy

4. Refund Exceptions

The following exceptions may apply:

  • Technical Errors: If payment was processed incorrectly due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally paid twice for the same course, we will refund the duplicate payment.

5. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • UPI payments
  • Bank transfers

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

6. Non-Attendance and Absence

If you are unable to attend live sessions due to:

  • Personal emergencies
  • Work commitments
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Any other circumstances

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or non-attendance. We recommend carefully reviewing the course schedule before enrolling.

7. Transfer and Rescheduling

While refunds are not available, you may:

  • Request to transfer your enrollment to another course batch (subject to availability)
  • Access recorded sessions if available for the course

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course start date and are subject to seat availability.
